Office Volunteers play an important behind-the-scenes role in strengthening Kanbe’s operations and supporting our donor and community engagement efforts.
The Kanbe’s Office Volunteer assists our External Affairs team with a number of in office tasks or projects needed at that time. Some ongoing projects include direct mail thank you letters and keeping our donor database up to date. Throughout the year we will also need assistance with special events and tasks that arise on a case by case basis.
Office Volunteers will...
- Writing and organizing donor thank-you notes.
- Supporting database cleanups and data entry projects.
- Helping prepare materials for special events, volunteer appreciation, and outreach.
- Assembling outreach packets, sorting mail, and organizing supplies.
- Completing other administrative tasks as needed to support Kanbe’s staff.
Your Impact: Office volunteers make it possible for our small but mighty team to reach new and existing members of our Kanbe’s Markets community to share about our impact in the community. This volunteer makes connecting with those invested in our mission possible and creates time for our team to find new outreach and connection points to continue growing our community of supporters.
